Following these simple steps allows us to work efficiently and provide the best clean possible. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with quality service and satisfaction.
Before our cleaning crew arrives for your scheduled cleaning please remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces – this includes clothing, kids' toys, and dishes in the kitchen sink.
Make sure the property has electricity and water.
Find a good spot for your pets so they are safe and comfortable while we clean.
If you are not going to be home, make sure you provided access instructions, key, or code for us.
If you’re home when our professional cleaning crew arrives, our team will happily work around you allowing for your normal activities in the home.
Our team is trained to do an initial assessment on arrival and let you know if we will need more time to get the best possible result.
Payment is requested at the time of the cleaning. We don't accept cash, please make sure to use checks or pay with credit cards using the link provided.
After the initial visit, we'll follow up asking for your feedback on the service. You'll receive a link in your email asking you to rate our services on Google.
If you would ever like to have changes made to your service, your account manager will make the adjustments to your account.
If for any reason we don’t meet your expectations, we will come back and fulfill our guarantee on our work. Just notify us within 24 hours about any issue and our team will come back and fix it.
