Before Cleaning
To ensure that our cleaning crew can effectively clean all surfaces, please remove any clutter before their arrival. This includes dishes in the kitchen sink.
Additionally, please ensure that the property has electricity and water, and provide access instructions, keys, or codes for the cleaning crew to enter the facility.
During Cleaning
Our team will conduct an initial assessment upon arrival and inform you if we require more time to achieve the best possible result.

Payment is required upon completion of a one-time cleaning service at your facility. Please be advised that we do not accept cash payments. An invoice will be sent via email, providing a link for online payment. For recurring services, invoices will be emailed at the end of each month.
After Cleaning
After the initial visit, we’ll ask for your feedback on the service. You’ll receive a link in your email asking you to rate our services on Google.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours, and our team will come back and fulfill our guarantee on our work.
